Bon Secours St. Francis 8th Annual Human Trafficking Seminar

From Recognition to Response: Collaborating for Impact

Bon Secours St. Francis Health System is honored to host our 8th Annual Human Trafficking Seminar on Friday, August 21, from 8:00 AM to 12:30 PM, at Grace Church's Pelham Rd Campus (2801 Pelham Rd, Greenville, SC).  This year's seminar, From Recognition to Response: Collaborating for Impact, invites healthcare professionals, law enforcement, community leaders, and advocates to consider how collaboration can be a decisive force in identifying, interrupting, and responding to trafficking in our region.

We are privileged to welcome Dr. Francine Bono-Neri, PhD, RN, APRN, PNP, FAAN, as a featured speaker. A pediatric nurse practitioner, trained sexual assault nurse examiner, researcher, and published author with over 32 years of clinical and academic experience, Dr. Bono-Neri is the Co-founder and President of Nurses United Against Human Trafficking, a global professional association dedicated to educating, equipping, and empowering healthcare professionals on anti-trafficking measures. In 2024, she was recognized at the United Nations, receiving both the Inspiring Global Nurse Award and the International Ceca Award for her advocacy work.
