Naomi Lett
President & CEO, United Way Association of South Carolina
Naomi Lett is the President and CEO of the United Way Association of South Carolina. Her work in this capacity includes leading statewide public policy that amplifies local community investments of 25 United Ways across South Carolina in health, education, and financial stability. Naomi has a long history of working to affect policies that improve people’s lives.
Darlene Lynch
Director, Community Health Transformation, SC Office of Rural Health
Darlene Lynch joined the South Carolina Office of Rural Health in 2017 as the Director of the Community Health Transformation team. In this role, Darlene provides technical assistance and supports local partner coordination for the Healthy People, Healthy Carolinas program funded by The Duke Endowment. She also provides leadership in the office for other rural population health-based efforts, including a focus on health equity and health disparities.
Richele Taylor
CEO, South Carolina Medical Association
Richele Taylor is the CEO and Chief Legal Officer of the South Carolina Medical Association and Fulcrum Risk Solutions. Previously she served as the SCMA’s General Counsel and Senior Vice President of Advocacy and Communication, providing advocacy, employment and general legal advice to the SCMA and its subsidiaries.

The Alliance is a coalition of more than 60 executive leaders from diverse organizations across the state working together to improve the health and well-being of all South Carolinians. The Alliance places a primary focus on aligning health equity-based goals, metrics and actions across organizations, institutions and agencies at both the state and community levels, and actively connecting both existing and planned equity focused work on the policy and practice fronts.
