The Alliance Welcomes Hannah Hogue as Program Manager

Hannah Hogue, MPH, has joined the Alliance for a Healthier South Carolina as Program Manager, Community Health Improvement. In this role, she will support partners across the state in Community Health Needs Assessments (CHNA) and Community Health Improvement Plans (CHIP) to advance collective impact and health equity. She will also provide training and technical assistance in Results-Based Accountability (RBA) and the Clear Impact Scorecard to help partners measure and improve population health outcomes.

Before joining the Alliance, Hannah served as a Program Manager with the South Carolina Office of Rural Health, where she developed a RBA training curriculum, provided technical assistance to coalitions statewide, and led RBA action planning for more than ten community coalitions. She also supported capacity building through various training opportunities and collaborative initiatives.

Hannah earned her Master of Public Health from the University of South Carolina in 2021, following her bachelor’s degree in 2019, and received her Results-Based Accountability certification in 2023. She also gained experience in project coordination and process improvement through her work at the Arnold School of Public Health on the Arnold Childhood Obesity Initiative, where she supported data collection and community engagement for multiple grant-funded projects.

Hannah is excited to bring her expertise in RBA and her passion for collaboration and community health improvement to the Alliance team.
